Stop for A Moment and Be Really Still

Do you ever feel like your mind is full of voices all talking AND sometimes all at the same time!!!! Do you want to run away and hide!!

Well sometimes it is good to just stop what you are doing, sit down and close your eyes. Take a big belly breath

and become very quiet. If you start to think about something say “no thank you I do not want to think about anything right now, I am on a break”.

Keep doing big belly breaths.

Open your eyes when you feel really, really ready to.
