Do Some Exercise

You might spend a lot of time sitting at your desk at school, or maybe watching? It is always good to get up and move as often as you can.

You can jump up and down, go skipping, grab a hula hoop, kick a football (outside of course, unless you have permission!!).  It doesn’t really matter what you do as long as you do something!!

Exercise is good for you … so get moving 😉
